conclusion and performance of the contract

Recipients of the data
Your personal data may be made available to entities affiliated to the Entity or to third parties exclusively for the purposes referred to above, with marketing purposes if you give your consent.
Personal data may be provided to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Entity, including but not limited to IT service providers, accounting firms, legal entities, shipping and transport companies, etc., where such entities process personal data on behalf of the Entity. – However, such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the Entity and only in accordance with the Entity’s instructions.
In addition, personal data may be shared with public entities entitled to obtain the data by law.
Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area
As a general rule, the collected personal data will not be transmitted to recipients located in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (countries of the European Union and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). If the collected personal data will be transferred to a third country, this will occur exceptionally in specific situations where the transfer is based on your express consent, or the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and the Entity or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, or the transfer is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in your interest between the Entity and another natural or legal person, or the transfer is necessary for the establishment, assertion or protection of claims.
Period for which the data will be processed.
Your personal data will be processed until the statute of limitations for claims under the contract or until the expiry of the legal obligation to retain data, in particular the obligation to retain accounting documents relating to the contract.
Where the Subject processes your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, your personal data will not be processed for the specified purpose if you object to such processing.
Where the Entity processes personal data based on your consent, the personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent.
Personal data obtained in connection with the Entity’s use of monitoring will be processed for no longer than 30 days from the date of recording, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Rights of the data subject. You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify (amend), to erase, to restrict processing, to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data – to the extent that the processing is based on consent. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to portability of your personal data – to the extent that your personal data is processed for the performance of a contract or processed on the basis of consent. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in Warsaw.
Source of data. If your personal data have not been provided to us directly from you, this means that the Entity has obtained them from publicly available sources.
Provision of personal data in connection with the concluded agreement and services provided on its basis is voluntary, but may be necessary for the conclusion and performance of the agreement – without providing personal data it is not possible to conclude the agreement and provide services by the Entity, e.g. for the purpose of issuing an invoice, determining the place of delivery, etc. The provision of personal data for marketing purposes is always voluntary.
